Thank you for visiting the web site for Harmony Healing Arts Center, a vibrant community center with a focus on healing for the body, mind, and spirit. In addition to more than 15 weekly yoga classes, several practitioners in massage, Reiki, energywork, Tai Chi, nutrition coaching, and more also call Harmony home. This site provides information on yoga classes, free health-related events, workshops, articles, and more.

    Harmony’s mission is to . . .

    Offer a wide range of yoga classes in the classical yoga
    tradition and in a safe and nurturing environment;

    Foster health, healing, balanced living, self awareness,
    and calm abiding through the practice of yoga;

    Provide a dedicated space for students as well as healing
    arts practitioners to connect and practice together;

    Sponsor free classes and events to give back to our
    community and make yoga more accessible.
