Harmony Healing Arts Center

Founded in 2006, Harmony has the longest running yoga program in the area, with more than 20 weekly classes. We offer classes for students of all levels, with special classes for seniors, men, students with back issues, and students in recovery.

Harmony co-founding director Judy Jenner has practiced yoga for more than 40 years and has taught yoga in the Shepherdstown area since 1995. All of Harmony’s yoga teachers have met the stringent certification requirements of Yoga Alliance or are certified in related modalities.

    Harmony’s mission is to . . .

    Offer a wide range of yoga classes in the classical yoga
    tradition and in a safe and nurturing environment;

    Foster health, healing, balanced living, self awareness,
    and calm abiding through the practice of yoga;

    Provide a dedicated space for students as well as healing
    arts practitioners to connect and practice together;

    Sponsor free classes and events to give back to our
    community and make yoga more accessible.
